Harley-Davidson FXR 104c.i. with RB Racing LSR Pro Stock ("Kickout") Nitro Duals p/n 00-1045 in black ceramic finish. We built some pipes for nitro burning pro bikes and customers started asking for the same thing for their street bikes. These pipes do not have any baffles at all! We suggest they only be installed on larger motors. They are mean, nasty sounding things that feature CNC machined Turbo Venturies and our conical stepped header that joins a 2 1/2" diameter "Kickout" tail section. When that exhaust valve opens it's an e-ticket ride to the outside world with no phony necked down adaptor bullshit!

Race Applications for LSR Pro Stock Nitro Duals
If you are using the new S&S Special Application "SA" heads that have square flanges with 2" machined spigot slips we can supply you with our LSR Pro Stock Nitro Duals that are 90% welded leaving only the slip joint and final turn to the port to be finished. We provide the slip joints and the mandrel bent u-bends to allow the professional racer/builder to finish the installation. The pipes are supplied fully polished but unchromed. For nitro bikes you can order the pipes without brackets which allows you to use saddles and hose clamps to secure the pipes to your race bike. Absolutely nothing makes more power than these pipes in your full tilt boogie drag racing environment. You asked for them so we did it.
Fully Welded and Finished LSR Pro Stock Nitro Duals
RB Racing LSR Nitro Dual Exhaust systems are now available for S&S Cycle Special Application "SA" heads with 2 inch tapering to 2 1/2" diameter primaries. The standard SA exhaust valve is a whopping 1.75" diameter with a special (non standard) exhaust port configuration. These are the best production castings going with their raised inlet and exhaust ports. Oh, you can fool around with the usual porting bullshit, but you'll end up where these castings start out in terms of cfm. Progress is progress and year to year the only horsepower gains come when you make the cylinder heads more efficient. The problem with the SA heads is that nothing fits their four bolt pattern and the shallow non-standard pocket is decidedly bigger than anything sitting on the shelf...stock flanges need not apply! S&S figures you are going to fab your own exhaust so they provide a machined spigot that slips through the four bolt flange. The idea is that you get some springs and make up a slip joint and go creative.
RB Racing is familiar with these animals as we use them in our 113" RSR Fuel Injected ORCA motors both turbo and normally aspirated. For our 113" ORCA motors we machine special Turbo Venturis that capture a laser cut four bolt flange and is in turn heliarced to our LSR primary tubes. These Turbo Venturis flow 8 to 12% more than a straight section pipe. We also make LSR 2-1's for these heads for those of you who prefer a 2-1 design.
