Chocolate Raspberry Torte
This is splendid, the cake isn't too sweet, the rasberry is nice with
the cake, and the icing makes a quite pleasing desert.
Start with Mrs. Morse's Chocloate Cake
and cut it in half the hardest way. (the way that will give you two
big flat pieces.) Cut the cake in half with a horizantal cut, and
fill the center with seedless rasberry jam, I've found the all natural
trendy ones like that Pollaner all-fruit stuff are the best, it's not
too sweet. Frost it with some good chocolate
icing.
