Ingredients:

• 2 parts Lillet Blanc
• 1 part Malfy Rosa Gin - a grapefruit/rhubarb gin. ; Whitley Neill - a rhubarb ginger gin was tested as we didn't have Malfy Rosa
• ¾ part lime juice
• ½ part rosemary simple syrup
• 2 parts soda water
• 1 fresh rosemary sprig

Directions

Shake all ingredients (except soda water) with ice, strain over fresh ice into bucket glass and top with soda.

Garnish with fresh rosemary sprig.
