Potato Cheddar Soup

Ingredients

Peel & chop 4-5 potatoes (1½ lbs)

Cover with water, cook till well done.

Mash and add 3 C. milk

1½ larte onions chopped
2 stalks celery diced & sauteed till brown in 3 Tbsp. butter

Put aside & brown ½ lb. chopped mushrooms in same pan.(ick)

Cover all with 3 Tbsp. flour.

Add veggies slowly to reheating potatoes & milk, stirring to avaoid lumps.

When mixed & hot or boiling add 16 oz. diced cheddar cheese.
