Chocolate fudge frosting

• ⅔ cup unsweetended cocoa powder
• 1 lb. (1 box) confectioner's suger, sifted
• ½ C. (1 stick) unsalted butter, room temp.
• 2 tsp. Vanila
• ⅓ - ½ C. whole milk, heated until just warm (don't freeze or melt the butter)

In a bowl whip (mix) together sugar and cocoa powder

In an electric mixer, cream the butter for one minute at medium speed.

gradually add the cocoa/sugar mixture to the butter, scraping down the bowl as you go

beat in vanilla

gradually beat in milk until frosting holds its shape.

continue beating for 30 sec or until frosting is smooth.
