creamy baked haddock
Ingredients
- 2 Lbs. Haddock Fillets (Pollack is fine)
- 2 Cups Sour cream or yogurt
- ½ Cup Mayonaise
- 1 tsp. Salt
- ½ tsp. Pepper
- ¼ tsp. Thyme
- ½ tsp. Paprika
- 1 tsp. Dill weed
- Lemon Wedges
- Parsley Sprigs
Preheat oven to 350°. Place fish in buttereed baking dish.
Combine sour cream, mayonaise, and herbs, salt and pepper.
Pour over fish and cover with dill. Bake for 20-30 minutes,
(maybe less). Garnish with Lemon and parsley.
Dried dill works fine, lemon is icky and un-necessary.
Serves six.
