Ingredients


Preheat oven to 350°. Place fish in buttereed baking dish. Combine sour cream, mayonaise, and herbs, salt and pepper. Pour over fish and cover with dill. Bake for 20-30 minutes, (maybe less). Garnish with Lemon and parsley.

Dried dill works fine, lemon is icky and un-necessary.

Serves six.
