cook enough bacon to make ½ C. bacon grease. (1 lb 2 lbs)
add sugars (melt bacon grease if solid)
add vanilla
add egg
mix with paddle in stand mixer (or similar)
Mix (sift?) flour, baking soda, and salt.
Add to wet stuff
Add milk if it's too dry
add chocolate chips
Bake at 350° for around 12 15 minutes.
First test came out great! The dough scoops really easily compared to a butter based dough.
Going to try adding salt next time.
