COVID Day 5000

It’s a terrible name.  “invented” almost two years into quarantine.

Ingredients:

• 1 oz pineapple juice
• 1½ oz Bully Boy dark rum
• ¼ can Alagash White wheat beer (½ can is too much)

Mix ’em all together, pour over ice.
