Federal specification L-S-300C

It's not strictly true that you can't find the specs on the net, but I wasn't able to find any useful comparision to the various specs, there doesn't seem to be any user friendly way of finding out what they mean. The funny thing is that there's lots of references to the various specs, but only things like "complies with" or "meets or exceeds" and everyone uses the same specs, so nobody bothers to define them.

The exception to that I found is the following, I've looked at this and can't really decode what it means in practical terms. As I wasn't able to find the numbers for the other two specs (can't remember what they're called right now) the numbers are esssentially useless to me. if I find the numbers for the other specs I'll post them and then I'll have an answer.
