This is dumb. They use that same part on a bunch of different bike racks, they should sell them separately. But they don't.
However, you can make one if you've got the right tooling.
The material is aluminum, it's coated with something hard, it doesn't look like anodizing to me but it might be.
the diagonal cut is 45°
I don't think the exact size of the chamfered edges is important, as long as they're
big enough to keep the "fisher bolt" from hitting the rounded inside corners
of the rear subframe rail.
