"classic" means the spring is black instead of blue.
It has a ~1,500 lb spring on it, it's marked "59/59-280-130", which means it has 59mm ID at both ends, the rate is 280kg/mm, and the free length is 130mm (5"). I figure a 1,500 lb spring is right for someone about 180 lbs. I'm 155 lbs w/o gear and I like a 1,300 lb spring.
It has 27 clicks of rebound damping, and the length is adjustable from 310 to 322mm, which will increase the ride height roughly 1" to 2".
This shock is not quite brand new. It has been mounted on a bike, and only has about 1,000 miles on it. It's very clean, and comes with the hook spanner and all the orginal paperwork.
I got this from a lister, and then decided it wasn't appropriate because the spring is too heavy, and the replacement spring I intended to put on is too long. (Fox springs are 6" long )
I'm asking $400 including shipping, or make me a reasonable offer.
