Built 3/18/2011, Installed 5/12/2011. Used for only 7 months.
It is in virtually new condition.

Why am I selling this? My old water heater sprung a leak in May, I replaced it with this one.
I just replaced my steam boiler and got a an attached indirect fired hot water heater, so this one is redundant.
Cost when new $585.60 + tax. Willing to sell for $400 or best reasonable offer.
