This is a new tire.
It has never been mounted. It has been stored in a climate controlled environment since I got it from the distributer. I mis-clicked the size and got an 18" instead of a 17".
The date code says it was manufactured in the 18th month of 2002. It feels like a brand new tire to me, the rubber is compliant and feels very very good.
